Introduction
Piano is a leading B2B SaaS company, known for its trusted data management and analytics solutions for publishers worldwide. With over a decade of experience, Piano partners with top publishers, helping them make data-driven decisions to boost strategy and audience engagement.
As the sole designer on Piano’s Data Management Platform (DMP), I work within a Scrum team to enhance this platform, which provides intuitive dashboards for informed decision-making.
This case study highlights my role in the end-to-end redesign of the Campaign Performance Report, a vital DMP feature that supports user success and strengthens the platform’s market position. The project covers my approach from research and prototyping to final implementation, demonstrating the redesign's impact on user experience and platform competitiveness.

Background
Our Campaign Performance Report was overloaded with information, making it challenging for clients to make informed decisions about their marketing campaigns. We received feedback from our clients requesting a redesign to improve clarity and usability. In response to this feedback, I initiated an in-depth analysis to explore and identify the most effective solutions available in the market. This research aimed to create a redesigned report that is both user-friendly and aligned with our clients' needs, ultimately enhancing their decision-making process.
